报告人简介：胡耀华，现任深圳大学伟德国际BETVlCTOR副教授，博士生导师，香港理工大学兼职博导，国家优秀青年基金获得者，深圳市“孔雀计划”海外高层次人才，兼任中国运筹学会数学规划分会青年理事，中国运筹学会科普工作委员会委员。2007年、2009年在浙江大学竺可桢学院与数学系获得学士与硕士学位（师从李冲教授），2013年在香港理工大学应用数学系获得博士学位（师从杨晓琪教授），2013年-2015年在香港理工大学从事博士后研究，2015年入职深圳大学。主要从事连续优化理论、算法与应用研究，尤其是非凸稀疏优化问题。先后主持国家自然科学基金4项，省市级科研项目9项。在SIAM Journal on Optimization, Journal of Machine Learning Research, Inverse Problems, European Journal of Operational Research, Briefings in Bioinformatics, Transportation Research Part B/ Part E等国际期刊发表论文40余篇，授权3项国家发明专利，开发多个生物信息学工具包与网页服务器。

报告摘要：In this talk, we will consider a mix sparse optimization problem, that is, sparsity structuresat intra-group and inter-group levels are considered simultaneously. This mix sparse structure widely appears in various applications. For the mix sparse optimization problem, we will discuss the nonconvex regularization method, as well as a first-order iterative algorithm, and present its consistency theory, asymptotic theory and convergence theory. Applications to gene regulatory networks and differential optical absorption spectroscopy will be presented.
