报告人简介:英国Dundee大学数学生物学专业博士,山西大学复杂系统研究所教授、博士生导师。军队院校“育才奖”金奖获得者;享受军队优秀专业技术人才一类岗位津贴。中国生物数学学会常务理事,《生物数学学报》常务编委,科学出版社《生物数学丛书》编委,美国《数学评论》和德国《数学文摘》评论员。主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。出版学术专著1部,在国内外学术期刊发表论文200余篇,其中被SCI收录130篇(SCI一区Top 9篇,SCI二区60余篇)。
   报告摘要:In this work, a within-host HIV-1 infection model with virus-to-cell and direct cell-to-cell transmission and explicit age-since-infection structure for infected cells is investigated. It is shown that the model demonstrates a global threshold dynamics, fully described by the basic reproduction number. By analyzing the corresponding characteristic equations, the local stability of an infection-free steady state and a chronic-infection steady state of the model is established. By using the persistence theory in infinite dimensional system, the uniform persistence of the system is established when the basic reproduction number is greater than unity. By means of suitable Lyapunov functionals and LaSalle’s invariance principle, it is shown that if the basic reproduction number is less than unity, the infection-free steady state is globally asymptotically stable; if the basic reproduction number is greater than unity, the chronic-infection steady state is globally asymptotically stable.
